The LDLT measures the bulk density and lithology of the formation. Two scintillation detectors (long-spaced and short-spaced detectors) positioned at different spacing from the Cs137 source. 2 spectrum from 2 detectors are acquired and processed while logging. 2Ci Cs137 source must be used.
The electronic circuits are installed inside the probe with lighter weight, shorter length; Dual windows display of long-spaced and short-spaced spectrum, more intuitive to monitor instrument state; Without source installed, it can evaluate the state of the instrument via spectrum peak by using verification jig to improve the success rate
and keep safety.
