GS-RES RESISTIVITY TOOL

The resistivity tool adopts a four-transmitter and dual-receiver compensation coil system structure to provide electromagnetic wave resistivity and natural gamma logging while drilling functions. Resistivity measurement, using dual operating frequencies of 2MHz and 400KHz for amplitude ratio and phase difference measurements, can provide resistivity log curves at 8 different detection depths from 13 inches to 92 inches. For gamma measurement, a double sodium iodide scintillation crystal detector is used to measure the natural gamma ray intensity of the formation. In a 100API environment, the measurement accuracy can reach ±2API.
