Technical introduction of the solution
In recent years, as my country's oil and gas exploration and development continues to deepen, the geological conditions encountered have become more and more complex. They are generally characterized by deep reservoirs, high temperatures, and large production, and contain acidic corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. These acidic gas reservoirs are very corrosive to well site equipment, and they must meet high impact damage working conditions. Conventional wellhead devices are difficult to meet such oil and gas production requirements. The materials used to meet the high sulfur resistance wellhead are all corrosion-resistant special materials or super nickel-based alloy flow channel cladding technology, and the use of all-metal sealing devices is suitable for high-pressure, corrosion-resistant, and harsh working conditions, which can maximize the safe operation of the wellhead. By selecting super nickel-based alloy flow channel cladding technology, hard surface spraying technology, and polishing technology, 140Mpa gas sealing is achieved. The real all-metal sealing device is suitable for high-pressure, corrosion-resistant, large-displacement, and sand-proof working conditions. It is equipped with a safety valve and a wellhead control cabinet. The well can be shut in as fast as 5 seconds, which can maximize the safe operation of the wellhead.
