SKY1011-II Automatic Micro Carbon Residue Tester for Petroleum Products
Product Introduction
SKY1011-II Automatic Micro Carbon Residue Tester for Petroleum Products is suitable for measuring the residues formed after evaporation and pyrolysis of petroleum products under specific conditions to provide an indicator of the relative coking tendency of petroleum products. The instrument integrates computer processing, automatic control, network communication and other technologies to accurately and automatically control each test step and provide results equivalent to Conradson carbon residue.

Applicable standards: ASTM D4530, GB/T 17144, ISO 10370, IP 398

Features
7” color touch screen, easy to operate, rich information, intuitive and clear test process, real-time display of furnace temperature and test
Temperature curve, running time and test progress
Intelligent software automatically controls band temperature adjustment and nitrogen flow switching, effectively liberating manpower and reducing human errors
Can test up to 12 samples at the same time
Only a small amount of sample is required for testing, and can accommodate up to 3 grams of sample (depending on the residual carbon content)
Program control of the entire heating process, precise control of the heating rate
Temperature over-limit alarm, automatic cut-off of the heating system
Built-in secondary voltage stabilization system to ensure accurate and stable flow control
You can manually enter the balance weighing data, or select a dedicated data acquisition system to automatically read the sky Weighing data and automatically calculate the residual carbon value
Can store no less than 1,000 test result records and provide data query and management functions
Main gas circuit components are imported high-grade products, effectively extending the life of the instrument
When the test temperature drops to 250°C, the instrument automatically beeps to remind
With temperature control abnormality or temperature over-limit protection function, it automatically cuts off the heating system to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel
Adopts a proprietary coke oven heating structure to facilitate users' daily maintenance, repair or replacement
Condensate collector, simple and convenient installation and removal
The instrument adopts iSKvator technology, one-button start, automatic operation of purging, heating, constant temperature, cooling and other test stages
Can be connected to LIMS system
