Parameters Instrument


SK-2Z18 drilling parameter instrument is a new generation of drilling parameter monitoring system. The instrument uses Siemens PLC for data collection, displays through Siemens HMI, and can transmit data to the base in real time through WITS, realizing dynamic tracking of field operations, production operation implementation monitoring, and engineering abnormality warning and forecasting.

As the front-end equipment for well site data collection, the SK-2Z18 drilling parameter meter is powerful, stable, reliable, and easy to operate, laying a solid material foundation for the digitization and informatization of oil fields.

Instrument Features
The system adopts a fully isolated explosion-proof design, and all components in the hazardous area meet the IECEx or ATEX explosion-proof requirements.
The system adopts a waterproof, dustproof, anti-corrosion and shockproof design, with a protection level exceeding IP65, which can meet the requirements of harsh working conditions on site.
Siemens PLC is used to collect the required sensor signals during the drilling process, and at the same time realize the anti-collision control of the overhead crane and the anti-smashing control of the turntable.
Analog signal backup is provided, and uninterrupted recording can be achieved when the computer or touch screen fails.
The system supports remote data access and provides remote data communication functions. By utilizing the powerful technical advantages of rear experts, decisions can be made on complex situations at the drilling site.
According to the WITS standard, RS232 or Ethernet interface is selected to provide drilling and well repair parameters to third parties.
