The blowout preventer box is available in single-unit and double-unit types. It adopts a side-opening type, which makes it easy and convenient to replace the rubber core. Even if the coiled tubing is in operation, the rubber core can be replaced.The four-gate coiled tubing blowout preventer can achieve high-pressure gas sealing, suspension, multiple shearing and other functions. The unique tooth design of the slip gate reduces the damage of suspension to the coiled tubing, enabling it to suspend sufficient weight without damaging the pipe body. The shear gate can form a reasonable fracture shape and size after shearing to meet the needs of field operations. The semi-enclosed and fully-enclosed chambers are equipped with balancing valves, which can balance the pressure of the upper and lower chambers before the gate opens and closes to ensure safe operation.
