Technical introduction of the solutionThe high-capacity shear blowout preventer adopts a large hydraulic cylinder or an additional booster hydraulic cylinder to increase its shear thrust. It can cut high-performance drill pipes such as S-135, V-150, thick-walled, and high-impact drill pipes, and can also shear the corresponding casing. Under special working conditions, the blowout preventer needs to achieve shearing with a certain pressure in the cavity (i.e., shearing under pressure). The blowout preventer needs to overcome the pressure in the cavity first and then perform shearing operations.
