High Sulfur Resistance Well Control Equipment Solution
With the increasing demand for drilling and development of high-hydrogen sulfide-containing terrestrial and offshore oil fields, more stringent high-sulfur resistance requirements are put forward for well control equipment on site. Our company provides high-sulfur resistance well control equipment solutions for high-sulfur working conditions on site.
Technical Introduction
It is suitable for working conditions with high hydrogen sulfide content such as land and offshore platforms, and special requirements for the anti-sulfur performance of well control equipment. Hydrogen sulfide not only damages the well control equipment itself, but is also highly toxic and can cause serious casualties to people. Therefore, the well control requirements for drilling and production operations in high-sulfur environments are higher.
In order to cope with high hydrogen sulfide conditions on site, we provide customers with a full set of high-sulfur resistance solutions. Including the use of special processes for flow channels that directly contact the well fluid, surfacing of corrosion-resistant special materials or nickel-based alloys (our company has advanced automated welding equipment and welding processes, which can achieve surfacing of complex-shaped cavities of products such as blowout preventers); key non-metallic seals such as rubber cores and seals that directly contact the well fluid use special rubber materials and are suitable for high-sulfur environments; the piston rod that directly contacts the well fluid uses a special corrosion-resistant material spraying process on the surface to meet the requirements of its reciprocating motion conditions; it can provide high-sulfur resistance blowout preventers, manifolds, four-way and other well control equipment with full diameter and pressure coverage.
