High Sulfur Resistance BOP Group

Reference standards: API 16A, GB/T 20174

Product applicability: In well control operations under high sulfur conditions, the corrosion resistance of the BOP group meets the high hydrogen sulfide resistance requirements and is suitable for situations where the hydrogen sulfide content is ≥35%, which is equivalent to the HH level hydrogen sulfide resistance requirements in API 6A.

Product features Applicable to places with high hydrogen sulfide content such as land and offshore platforms, and special requirements for the anti-sulfur performance of the blowout preventer group
The inner cavity of the equipment that contacts the well fluid is welded with alloy to meet the high anti-sulfur requirements
The key non-metallic seals that contact the well fluid, such as the rubber core and side door seal, are made of special materials and are suitable for high-sulfur environments
The welding is carried out with imported equipment, supplemented by complete testing and monitoring methods to ensure product quality
