Product Introduction

SKY1003-IV fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of transparent or opaque petroleum products such as crude oil, paraffin, light and heavy fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives, and used oil.

The test accuracy meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM D445.

Advanced NTC thermistor measurement technology, the test is not affected by the sample color and ambient brightness, and can test transparent, dark and opaque petroleum products to the same accuracy.


Improved Ubbelohde capillary viscometer with independent intellectual property rights, each viscometer has a 100-fold test range.


Kinematic viscosity measurement range: 0.5 ~ 10000cSt.


Waxy oil samples or heavy oil can be automatically preheated.


Dual solvent cleaning system, users can program the cleaning program by themselves.


Use dry air to blow dry the viscosity tube to ensure the accuracy of the test.


Corrosion-Resistant design, can accept most corrosive cleaning solvents. Only about 10ml of test oil sample is required. The entire cleaning process requires at least 10-15ml of cleaning liquid.


The entire process of sample testing and cleaning only takes about 10 minutes.


The sample tray can be moved forward as a whole, and the transparent oil suction nozzle protective cover is installed in a card-type manner, which is convenient for users to regularly clean the suction residue.


The software has temperature calibration function, viscosity Tube calibration function and viscosity index automatic calculation function 12-it automatic sample tray, after software registration and sorting, can be unattended continuous automatic testing, or can jump the queue for priority testing


Based on the characteristics of the experimental oil sample, the test and cleaning templates in the software can be modified for differentiated programming to meet the personalized needs of the test
