Overview
SKY3012-II Automatic Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Tester (Rotating Oxygen Bomb Method) is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and used turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives). It can also be used to test the oxidation stability of new mineral insulating oils containing antioxidants. Compact desktop design, metal bath heating, integrating computer processing, contactless transmission, automatic control, sensor measurement and control, communication system and other advanced technologies, safe and easy to operate, stable and reliable performance. The metal bath mechanism design replaces the traditional oil bath, without expensive silicone oil medium, heating fumes, transmission noise, heavy body, no vibration during the test, no need for refilling, and no complicated cleaning process after the test, making the test operation simpler, environmentally friendly and safer.


The instrument adopts iSKvator technology, which can be unattended throughout the experiment after the start, effectively saving manpower and reducing human errors. Convenient front loading, oxygenation and release valves, no need for fume hoods.


Special high-stability magnetic stirring structure ensures good temperature uniformity and sealing of the body while ensuring smoother and more stable rotation, avoiding derotation and demagnetization.


The automatic/manual oxygen filling and discharge mode is simple to operate, and the micro-filling and micro-discharging functions facilitate users to fill oxygen to the specified pressure, and can automatically adjust the initial oxygenation pressure according to the room temperature.
